Sales and Growth Hacker

BoothCentral strives to become the in-person, virtual, and hybrid event platform for event organizers and participants of all sizes and verticals. We are the ideal solution for art and craft fairs, K-12 schools, career and job expo, home shows, festivals, street markets, and other B2C events.

We are looking for an innovative and motivated salesperson with a hacker mentality for growth to join our startup.

Here’s What You’ll Be Doing

  • Prospect, develop, and close new BoothCentral customers
  • Provide feedback on next-step features to help satisfy our customers
  • Share BoothCentral with prospects and partners through product demonstrations and trade show displays
  • Help our customers realize their dreams

We’re Excited About You Because You Have

  • A minimum of 2 years of closing experience with on-target, B2B sales experience (SaaS experience preferred) or equivalent
  • A background in event sales and/or execution
  • Experience with effective marketing and sales strategies
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a rapidly expanding and changing environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Compensation and Benefits

  • Salary + commission based on experience.

Requirements

  • Responsive on email, phone, text and Slack
  • Previous sales experience
  • Event industry experience is preferred but not required
  • Ability to think strategically and execute relentlessly
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively
  • Possess a strong implementation skillset with a process mindset
  • Ability to ask excellent questions and listen actively
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
